Topic: Trouble with two-factor authentication at localbitcoins.com (Read 2286 times)
I know this is an ancient thread, but just wanted to add that for me, today, it was the oppsite - logging in using my username failed (at the 2FA step), but logging in with my email worked just fine.
I just enabled two-factor authentication on my localbitcoins.com account, and now it doesn't let me in. Has anyone else had this experience?
Edit: Solved the problem. If you attempt to log in to localbitcoins.com with you email address instead of your username, it will always fail at the two-factor authentication step.
