Actually Trump must allow these sanctuary cities to secede from the United States. Cities such as Detroit and Chicago are eating away the hard earned tax money and they are not contributing in anyway to the federal exchequer.
Hilarious, I thought Trump was referring to crime statistics, because mayor of "sanctuary city" is doing good job in competing with Detroit and middle East countries in that department.

I think that this trend will continue. After the automotive industry in Chicago began to decline, the gangs began to fight among themselves for the ever-dwindling income.
