Currently standing at 26 - Trumps seems to have a production line of allegations and accusers against him  Grin

Comparing Trumps parade of women with accusations from sexual assault to rape over the past few decades to Bidens single allegation of finger rape and a bunch of 'he made me feel uncomfortable/hugged me too long/kissed the back of my head' allegations isn't really fair.  Neither is 'I will care when there's evidence', imo, you might as well just say you don't care because the chances of someone having a video of the assault is nearly zero and any other evidence wouldn't be enough.  All you can do is look at the information available and form an opinion.

Also just want to make it clear that Kamala said she believed the accusers that when women were coming forward about him doing inappropriate things like kissing them on the back of the head or putting his hand on their back for too long or rubbing noses with them.  It was a year before Tara Reade said he finger banged her without consent.  Lots of conservative media are intentionally making the situation out as if Kamalas "them" included Reade. (this is not in response to your comment about Kamala Gyfts, I don't think you misrepresented the situation)

Trump has never denied his appetite for women. Think back. He was attacked with the story of one by ... who?

CPL.

And then, the #metoo movement arose. You could indirectly, give Trump credit for that entire movement.

lol...

Harvey Weinstein gets the credit for metoo after he was exposed in October 2017.

The first public allegations against Trump were in 1989 for rape.

This incident happened more than two decades back, why is she coming out now? why was she silent all these years? these are some question which needs to be answered. The US is a democracy and their judicial system is known to be the best in the world. She should have come out in 1997 or before the last election what made her stop then?

'Life's but a walking shadow'!
It's been happening in my country too (and many parts of the world) were women come out to accuse prominent individuals or just when a person is about to vie for a political/social position of rape/sexual assault, it somewhat weakens the argument on the part of the supposed rape victim, cause proving a rape incident after more than a decade you claim it happened is as good as zero and why the person only decided to speak up 'now' is another question. Many of this accusations is only directed at defaming the character of the accused, I'm not saying they cannot be true, but c'mon, 26 allegations levelled against one person looks more like random people are just cooking this up (due to hate) or being paid to slander the accused everywhere on the internet.

In Biden and Trump's case, it's even more difficult to form an opinion, when you're making an accusation against the POTUS or a guy vying for that position, it's immediately discarded as a political/payed move, and tbh most of it is. This or anymore accusation before the November election will have zero effects honestly and everyone will move forward after a few days 'furore'.

Almost everyone can sense this is just a game of politics to reduce the reputation but these kind of things won't have any effect on the election results because people will blame her for not saying anything for 23 years and started to expose it just for money?

If it is zero then it is zero but I do think when 26 different allegations of sexual misconduct are made against a citizen regardless of their social or political rank then the alleged perpetrator has his word against 26 others. I know who I would believe but the US law enforcement agencies have to make their own call.

As for the Democrats and Kamala Harris, she has to walk a fine tightrope here because she has to make statements that dismiss allegations against Biden yet allow enough space for her to back allegations against Trump and that is probably not a good idea at all.

You just might be right about Bernie and full credit to him  Grin

How will this allegation affect the re-election chances Trump has?

Probably as much as the Tara Reade allegation that Joe Biden has levied against him; A whopping zero. There's been dozens of sexual assault allegations against Trump which haven't produced any evidence. If there's any sort of evidence against him that is released, that's when people, including me, will care.

Joe Biden is in the same corner. You have the Tara Reade allegation (I did a detailed write up here which is a fair assessment imo https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.54406308). You also have a few women who've came forward accusing Joe Biden of touching them inappropriately, who Kamala Harris has said she believes, yet that doesn't seem to sway people.

For some odd reason, all of our old politicians are getting Me Too'd. Maybe because we live in different times, but I guess back in the 20th century, middle aged men treated women like shit and now all that baggage is following them in modern times, OR, some of these women are lying for political reasons. I think both might be true depending on the individual case. You have too many people that are retroactively making sexual assault claims after their alleged perpetrators seek higher office despite being in the public eye for ages. Same thing with Justice Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford.

Bernie Sanders might be the only politician that's old and doesn't have any skeletons in the closet regarding sexual assault left in Washington D.C.

I forgot actually who ( she is some actress or something), but few years ago i read description of her date with Trump. It was like dumb assault. There should be a law to put people that make so dumb dates as Trump do in prison. LOL.   He had zero class, he had zero knowledge he had nothing. He just made fool of himself.

Even with all of this, I agree with Gyfts in saying that this totally doesn't matter and it's not going to effect anything for the election. I know some liberals are going to agree with you in saying that there is only credible case against Biden and there are so many against Trump.

But I think this boils down to -- well you're both probably rapist and horrible people. But here we are, you're both the frontrunners for your respective parties. Nothing will come of this at all, and we're all just going to ignore it in the coming weeks. I suppose a CRAZY October surprise could happen which changes the fate of this race, but I don't know.

Fun fun fun.

At this stage of the game, any and all accusations like this should be ignored for any candidate for office. The opposition is open to making false claims, even if they aren't made by the official opposition.

Anybody who takes this junk serious, for either Biden or Trump, really needs to do deep investigation to see where it is really coming from, and who is getting paid by whom to publish it.

The Guardian: https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/sep/17/first-thing-i-was-in-trumps-grip-and-i-couldnt-get-out-of-it

Former model Amy Dorris told the Guardian that Trump forced his tongue down her throat and groped her at the 1997 US Open. The US president denies the claims. Plus, A vaccine volunteer’s second thoughts.

"He just shoved his tongue down my throat and I was pushing him off. And then that’s when his grip became tighter and his hands were very gropey and all over my butt, my breasts, my back, everything. I was in his grip, and I couldn’t get out of it."

Amy Dorris is at least the 26th woman to come forward with claims of sexual misconduct by Trump. How will this allegation affect the re-election chances Trump has?
