Though crazy as he is, I think Kim is pretty aware that any strike against the us will result in the destruction of him and his regime which has been passed on for generations. It's really hard to read through kim's mind but i think he's also afraid and all this braking is just for show same thing as how a weak person pretends to be strong to hide weakness. And if chine is not backing up whatever insane thing he's doing, there's really no hope for kim here

How many nuclear bombs do they have in north Korea? I mean with what hope they want to stand against US? do they think if they attack US then
China and Russia will run helping taking advantage of the situation and attack America all together?
All it takes for US is to bribe China as they already offered it and China will back off in favor of America.

They are having around 50 nuclear warheads, as per the defense experts. But no one is quite sure about this figure. The real figure may be much lower or much higher than this number. And we are not talking about a scenario in which the DPRK attacks the US first. That is not going to happen. If a war occurs, then the US is going to be the aggressor.
In itself, the number of nuclear warheads does not mean anything. Importantly how much and what means to deliver these warheads have with North Korea. I think it is easier to destroy the North Korean regime now before they create more sophisticated rockets.

China will not side with North Korea if ever the North Koreans decided to war United States. No benefits from China, in political, social or economics point of view. And they know that North Korea will not listen to them anyways and their relations to their North Korea neighbors is already strained.

As for the US, they will not start a war with the North Korea unless being provoked. Should a military confrontation erupt, North Korea could not win a sustained war against a far more powerful U.S. military aided by regional allies.

If xi is against north Korea then nu should have mercy on his citizens and his military by suspend the pre empty missile lunch his and government is planning to louche. No matter the secret he thinks he has I don't think he can fight the war he is trying to start. People around him I mean his advisers should help they own people by persuade nu to make peace with countries around them.

U.S. President Donald Trump praised Chinese efforts to rein in "the menace of North Korea" on Thursday, after North Korean state media warned the United States of a "super-mighty preemptive strike."

Trump told a news conference "some very unusual moves have been made over the last two or three hours," and that he was confident Chinese President Xi Jinping would "try very hard" to pressure Beijing's ally and neighbor North Korea over its nuclear and missile programs.

While Trump gave no indication of what the moves might be, U.S. officials told Reuters that the United States was aware of a higher-than-usual level of activity by Chinese bombers, signaling a possible heightened state of readiness. The officials played down concerns and left open a range of possible reasons.
