In terms of human face or compassionate policy in Palestine, I think Kamala Harris would have been better than Trump.
Kamala Harris is just another establishment politician, and nearly all of them are owned by AIPAC regardless of their party affiliation. The only difference between establishment Democrats and establishment Republicans is the lip service. I'm not sure if you understood my original post correctly or not. My concern isn't so much for Palestine as much as it is for America, our soaring debt, our endless entanglements, our dead soldiers fighting to protect "our greatest ally."
Yeah let's bring back lifetime maximums and pre-existing conditions, enough of this communism.
What we've lost is 90% of the smaller insurance companies that didn't have those restrictions, and what we've gotten is a concentration of power in a handful of giant corporations that put their bottom line above their service. That's a lot closer to communism than a fair and free market, so it seems we're in agreement that communism is bad.
And he hasn't started a war yet in his first 2 weeks of the second term, so again, you got exactly what you were imagining. He's not gonna start a war in Gaza, it's already ongoing, he's just going to enable Israel to deport Palestinians. I don't understand what you're complaining about. You voted for an imaginary "art of the deal" genius created by right-wing-nutjob-media, keep consuming that media, why start worrying about the facts after the election?
My dear sir, I'm sorry if I offended you by voting for the hair piece instead of the hair bag, but you seem to be making a lot of assumptions about me. I get my information from multiple sources, many off-shore. Last I checked they all attempt to twist the narrative in one direction or another. The important thing is to understand who's benefiting from the narrative and learn to take an objective look at how the intended message can hurt or benefit Americans.
True, the war is already in progress, but so far America has only been funding it and not actively participating in it. Let's not get semantics muddled with facts.
