Trustdice's representative vowed their silence on scam accusation threads made on this board. This is one of the very rare instance [well, it actually will be a common theme I suggested for cases against TD] where I'll advise you to write on their ANN and inquire for explanation there instead of focusing your situation on this thread, as you'll have more chances of getting a reply there.

Your chance here is 0.

Or go to CG or AG, they assure their community that they'll still attend to issues there.

hello,
I need your help I registered on the trustdice.win, I deposited money several times and I made 3 withdrawals they were accepted and now when I do the withdrawal is always refused after 48 hours the reason is kyc process verification, I sent my documents and I am still waiting for my withdrawal which has been refused for 48 hours, I need more information

How much amount you asked for withdrawal?  It seems it was large enough (at least for them) to ask for KYC.  Most sites do not ask for KYC for deposits.  Only withdrawal of large amount is generally the problem

I have no choice, I have to wait for their response, and I will keep you informed.

TrustDice could have a backlog or maybe your paperwork needs some extra attention.  They say 48 hours but hey, sometimes things get backed up.  So maybe cut them some slack with a few more days, but do keep checking in politely so they dont forget about you!

I know the waiting game is zero fun but try and keep your spirits up.  With any luck youll have your money in hand before you know it.

If you don't give enough time and bring an immature case like this then no one actually pay any attention. I would say, try with them first then once you have no way to sort it out with them then create a complain like this. You can wait a week or two then take steps to get help from other party.

Move the topic into scam accusation. Add some proofs too.

As I see it, the OP had some doubts and questions about regular casino operations. There are no allegations of scam, so I believe it's unnecessary to move this discussion to the scam board.
Not yet, at least.

online support tells me to be patient and wait for the email, what I don't understand is if they have already accepted my withdrawals and now they refuse? it's quite weird
After you succeeded with KYC, they can proceed your later withdrawals smoothly without KYC request again.

They have rights to request it again, if they see something suspicious with your document and want to verify it again. If your document are your own, legit, you don't have to worry about it, KYC will succeed again.

Imagine it is like police can ask you proofs several times if they feel that you have something illegal to hide.

About this issue, I remember TrustDice got one or two cases like this in the past.

You may be withdrawing a higher amount this time which requires them to verify your identity or you have reached an accumulative withdrawal threshold which now necessitates the need for KYC.

Support is still responsive to you so you should be patient and if you do not get a supportive reply within a reasonable time-frame you can start a scam accusation against them.

Hey sorry for your bad experience, that is why it's always advisable to pass kyc before proceeding using any gambling site and most people are often victim of this, it's important to pass kyc before depositing money to the site. Most casino finds it very hard to process kyc documents after haven made deposit to site especially when there a form random withdrawal it gives them impression to start checking on your activities to know if actually the account is being controlled from the initial signed up IP. Like as many has already suggested just wait a bit little like 72 hrs or more to see how the verification process takes place.

In term & condition. Its always stated, casino have some right to ask you (KYC) anytime. Even you have withdraw without KYC. Stated on their term & condition, and you can't do anything until you finish the request they're asking to you. Since you are check list & mark up the term & condition during registration you need to finish first. BTW, your withdraw only can be process once the (KYC) is being done first.

It's not uncommon for platforms to approve smaller or initial withdrawals and then request further verification as part of their compliance protocols. Since they've already received your documents and you're in the 48-hour window, sometimes take longer than the stated hours, and it's possible that your documents are still under review, it’s a good idea to give them a little more time. But if they continue to delay, you should escalate your concerns to their support team, referencing the previous successful withdrawals.

I would wait their evaluation and response for KYC to be completed and only after this I will complain for a refused withdrawal.
Have you tried to contact them in private? What do they say from the support? Have you verified what are the timelines for KYC evaluation?

after I sent my
documents I received this email but it's been more than 48
hours, why were the first withdrawals approved and the others declined?

This is the message I received from them:

« Thank you for sending in your documents. We can confirm that our team has successfully received your documentation.
Kindly allow our team 24 to 48 hours to review your documents.

We will contact you as soon as we have some feedback for you.

If you  have any further questions or queries then please contact our support team via our live chat. >>

Based on what you said, it looks like they didn't say anything that you won't receive the withdrawal amount that you withdraw from their platform. Even if we say that the 48 hours are over, I think that will still give you a response to your concern.

As long as you continue to follow up with their support and don't stop until they can provide a response to your problem in their casino, wait a little while; the others take a few weeks.

Then, that's what you should do.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. That's pretty normal. The AML policy can pop up anytime, even if you've already cashed out a few times. It's just one of those things.

Have you completed your KYC before in the past before you made the withdrawals that went through? If yes, it is possible your documents expired and they want you to submit a new and valid documents. If you submitted acceptable documents , they will not decline your KYC and your withdrawal. One thing I do not know is if your withdrawal is above your KYC level because some casinos have withdrawal limits for certain KYC levels. The best you can do is to message their customer service and they will guide you on what to do. Since this is not a violation, it is a minor issue.

Even though they say in the email that the KYC review takes 24-48 hours, it doesn't mean it can't take a little longer. You should give them a bit more time before complaining on a public forum.

Trustdice reserves the right to carry out additional KYC verification procedures for any withdrawals as regulated by our gaming license, and further reserves the right to carry out such verification procedures in case of smaller withdrawals, as demanded by our gaming license.

Have you tried contacting their live support? They might be able to give you a more specific update on your case.
