you will fined it hard to get a good honest coin creator that will do a good job ( i have been looking for someone to fix an existing coins but no luck yet )

don't buy any coin with self-moderated OP with unknown dev, he could abandoned the project any time with no chance of looking back, people like you and me lose lot of money with disbelief and looking for hope if there will be dumb bagholder going to replace us. with known dev this would be less likely because his reputation is on the line and it would be hard for him to create another scam, this don't mean he wouldn't abandoned this project but it would dragging longer.

So, say you have an idea for a coin.  And it's actually something different and more importantly, useful to everyone, not just miners.  It's not another memecoin or ElectroCoin "The coin that will support electronics" or whatever the new coin is.  You believe it will bring something different to cyptocurrency.  People will be able to use it daily and see firsthand how it benefits them.  But the problem is, you just have an idea.  You have minimal skills.  Who would you trust to help you out making your idea come to life?

I know this is a pretty vague and open question, but I know some of you out there have been following this for a while so you know who actually brings honesty and integrity to a coin.  I have a great idea, but I need help.  Not too much, but I need help.

Thanks.

this is the reason we have so much scam coins, a person have idea but don't know if this even work or able to code.

A stupidity if want to make cryptocurrency but only have minimum knowledge, making coins cryptocurrency not easy as imagined. If only still want to make altcoin itself with a reliable programming,  money we spend will cost very much, Not only that, making altcoin signifies that we will also be a developer coin that requires a special team that various fields.
Correct there is no way to create a useful coin with minimal knowledge, in order to create something that is remotely useful you need to highly skilled and have great programming skills and have experience in the field of cryptography as well.

coincreator service is trusted
but all people not like service coincreator, walletbuilder and more,
and very dificult to added exchanger, because exchanger not like too
coincreator.net service was abandoned, and we took over the domain to give folks honest advice and steer them to our main site.
Evaluated Wallterbuilders and even paid for a coin to check it out. Three weeks later still working with them to run it with parameters as desired.
http://practicecoin.com/index.php/2017/04/12/walletbuilders/
Evaluated CryptoLife offering, but Dev is MIA http://practicecoin.com/index.php/2017/04/13/cryptolife/
So, no publicly available Altcoin creation services at the moment, that we could recommend.

Our project has already 3-4 devs, who share the vision of learning the technology and the business by actually executing on an Altcoin implementation and launch. Not looking for anything easy, but the process is turning out to be riddled with gotchas.  Feel free to join us.

P.S. I genuinely have serious inquiries and also two substantial customers. So anybody actually in the blockchain field professionally, let's talk. Referrals are appreciated and can be rewarded, if you so prefer.

Good communication is the key and of course agreement, coding is not an easy job you must first check the developers previous works first before asking him to do your coin but of course if you want your developer to prioritize your coin, you need to compensate him ..

Do not rush to create coins, because some altcoins now reflect a good ecosystem, minimal knowledge is strongly discouraged to make altcoin, but if the OP really has a lot of capital try to go to altcoin marketplace, or OP can make TOKEN from XCP Which provides exchange of own exchange

Problem is that even though I know good developpers, I am not sure that they are available for work. What I suggest you is to go to the announcement topics of little crypto-currencies that look honest and ask them, one by one, if they can do it for you.

If you creator won't fix your coin although in your agreement he is bound to correct any error, then you can leave him a negative feedback, this is important and could ruin or get him more clients..

you will find it hard to get a good honest coin creator that will do a good job
Practice Coin project ran into an awkward situation. We are learning how to make Altcoins, in order to study the technology and the business. http://practicecoin.com/

Meanwhile, a whole bunch of people contacted us through various means, wanting a coin of their own. Just about none of them sound like scammers (and those probably have the tricks down anyways). Some of the contacts know very little about the blockchain, others are simply looking for a clone to be coined, that they can market.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.18696518

With our limited experience and bandwidth, we cannot address all these requirements. Someone asked for a clone of PIVX, others about X11 or NIST5 PoW, various PoS, even Ethereum or Zcash, whatever. We had evaluated existing coin creation services, and found them limited in various ways.

So, if you are an experienced Altcoin or Blockchain developer, designer or marketer and looking for a gig, give me a holler. Some proof of experience and reputation is mandatory. Join our forum for further discussion. http://practicecoin.com/index.php/forum/practice-coin-forum/

Completely understood.  That's why I was asking just for names, and when the time comes, I'll submit a proposal myself.  Like I said, this is just an idea and I'm looking for nothing more than names.

I'm not looking for someone to submit a resume, or apply or whatever.  I'm looking for everyone to suggest a developer.  I'll pitch it to them myself.  I'm not trying to hustle someone in on this.  I'll go to developer, present an idea and see what happens.  If you happen to be a developer and want to hear my proposal, that's great too.  I just want to be clear that I am looking for the community to just suggest a developer that I could present an idea to based upon the developer's track record.  Make sense?
