But OP now you are new so orders in amount will be very, very smallbut how will escrows will be able to hand a lot of orders in future? And on long term I think escrow feature won't be effective because of tons of works from them.

As for your question; Escrow members will only step in when a dispute is opened. Aside from that, they will not be interacting with the order in any way, thus requiring little participation from their side. We also anticipate the number of disputed orders to be low since:
1) Sellers are disincentivized from making incorrect/dishonest listings. If a seller has many disputes to their name, the seller account will simply be closed, and due to Escrow their chances of scamming buyers is extremely low. They'd have more success attempting to scam elsewhere.
2) Buyers have no incentive to open a dispute if the product has been delivered correctly, since Escrow can also rule in favor of the seller.
That, coupled with the fact that we can grow the Escrow team when necessary, will allow us to scale to hundreds of thousands of sales a day. Beyond that, we've also got something planned, but it's too early to start talking about it now

Update: CoinMall Escrow is now mandatory on the marketplace. Previously it was optional, but to prevent scammers from exploiting the optionality, Escrow is now mandatory.

This thread is however less so an ANN thread and moreso a place to discuss CoinMall Escrow specifically, i.e. we'd like users to request new moderators, raise issues and discuss the level of service Escrow has provided them here rather than on our announcement thread.
That said, we're definitely going to run both a signature campaign as well as run ads on the forum very soon

The biggest issue when buying virtual products is the risk of being scammed
Escrow services have been set up in the past by various trusted members, but it is still too difficult to retain their services:
- First you have to find a reputable Escrow amongst the many dozens/hundreds offering their services
- Then you have to contact them and wait for them to agree to the trade, which can take a very long time in itself
- Then there is the risk of Escrow fraud itself, when the Escrow is in custody of the trade amount
An alternative has been using platform Escrow to mitigate waiting time. This is the case on Bitify and OpenBazaar, but both of these services have shown that their Escrow system is broken. We have been thinking of combining trusted community Escrow and adding it to an automated file selling marketplace, which we're happy to announce today.
CoinMall Community Escrow
CoinMall is a marketplace, like Amazon or eBay, on which users can trade virtual products with one another for cryptocurrency. CoinMall is an evolved version of autobuy sites such as Selly, Bitify and Rocketr, providing the same free/premium features and tools for free. Aside from the Escrow fee, the CoinMall platform is completely free.
We have added a select few vetted moderators who you, as a buyer, will be able to pick from during checkout. The following moderators are available:
