Use either paxful or localbitcoins. These are the two places you can actually get close to spot price.

Localbitcoins is my go to place, as it has better rates and is more trusted than paxful generally.

all the other so called "exchangers" will essentially rip you off with fees that are not even close to spot rate. In fact there is actually nobody dealing with payoneer and bitcoin according to both bestchange and okchanger.

There are several. You have to do your own research. That's because the different exchanges operating different ways you have to decide what it is that you need an exchange. Also you can get lot of offer on currency exchange section of this forum. Just always take help from escrow when dealing with such of dealings.

I'm not aware of any trusted exchangers that directly deals with BTC and Payoneer. There are some exchangers, however they have really bad rates and they also aren't trusted by any means(and not listed on bestchange.com either).

I would recommend using localbitcoins. Trading p2p with Payoneer is gunna get you the best rates, and is going to be the fastest and safest way to get your payoneer funds as you are protected by LBC.
