There are more sites out there other than freebitco.in (which is very good). Try the Moon family of faucets - they pay bitcoin, bitcoin cash, litecoin and dash and doge. They offer a really generous bonus system whereby you can build loyalty each day for added Satoshis. Bit Fun and Bonus Bitcoin are also among the best.

There are 4 ways I quickly thought of! Some ways are better than the others, so I list them from worst to best, so 1 = worst, 4 = best!

1. Gambling
Ofcourse, you will eventually lose from this, but if you're really lucky, you can obtain massive winning streaks! You only have to win the jackpot or lottery once to win tons
(THIS IS RISKY!!! DO NOT DO IT IF YOU ARE INTELLIGENT!)

2. Faucet Collecting
This doesn't include any risks and can give you quite some money. Everytime you collect the faucet rewards, you don't only get that standard 0.2 cents, but you also have a chance at winning high prizes like $200. (0.2 cents, 2 cents, 20 cents, 2 $, 20 $ or 200 $ are the possibilities).
I calculated that the average amount you'll get would be just over 2 cents per collection. This means that you can obtain 7*24*0.02= $3.36 per internet connection per week.. So he needs only 7 internet connections to make that happen! Ofcourse that's not very common and collecting every hour would be a bit weird, but it could certainly help towards the $20.

3. Referals
Ofcourse, if you have alot of referals, you can earn tons of money!
Here I'll calculate how many referals he would need if the average referal claims 3 times per day:
3*0.02 = $0.06/referal/day, so $0.42/referal/week.
so 20/0.42 = ~48 referals. So if you just have a couple tens of active referals, it's not that hard! If you have 500 referals who all claim 5 times per day, you can earn up to $50/day and $350/week and $17,600/year, without doing anything (Dream coming true!)

4. Interest
there is 0.0109589% interest per day, so 1.000109589^7 - 1 = 1.00076737525 - 1 = 0.00076737525, so you get 0.076737525% profit on your money every week whilst you hold it on the site. That means $20 would have to be 0.076737525% of the money you got on the site to make $20 per week. 20/0.00076737525 = 26k

So you would need to put about $26,000 on the site to make $20/week.

Head to the Micro-earnings section on the forums, you will find all faucets there, there are plenty of them but I must warn you, Its a waste of time, you won't be earning much. (they could worth a few bucks a few years from them maybe otherwise, Its useless)
