IMO , everyone can custom their own trust list. But it may inaccurate if you custom your trust list. (especially if you not have any experience) Personally, I'm never custom those list with some reason ( complicated

Yes, you can create your own trust list and to much extent it would be very much accurate for you. But the general public would consider your list to be inaccurate as most of the users set their trust depth set to 2, so doesn't matter if you add a person to your list (who gave a trust) cuz for others it would still be considered as untrusted. , don't have any idea why custom it)Its like closing your own eyes and thinking that noone would be able to see you.
