Problem is for low hosting prices you are better looking at Europe, the iceland deal is probably the best. Just get your miner shipped there directly from the manufacturer when you order.
UK is too expensive for electricity really.

Not really mate, the only hosting I've tried is with the supplier themselves, so spondoolies-tech (http://www.spondoolies-tech.com/), pcfli A1 dragon (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/wwweasy2minecom-340-the-group-buy-of-antminer-s5psu-included-514758) and Minersource (http://minersource.net/)
That way you don't have to pay VAT or shipping costs.
