I've been accumulating a certain alt and have funds pending on Circle that will take until Tuesday to clear. May 11th (At the earliest.)
I want the btc now to continue to trickle in to straighten my position while I believe my window is closing.

You might be a genius who know's what they're doing, but sometimes people get carried away with their ideas and amplify their losses. It just looks like you're borrowing bitcoin while offsetting your potential loss with the alt currency.

This sort of lingo is intentionally vague and potentially worrying. Straighten up your position could easily be a euphemism for your failing trades.

I have offered 100,000 in DNET in collateral but I would prefer an escrow hold it.
He is down to lend as long as a reputable escrow will accept DNET as collateral.
His trust makes me less worrisome but I still would like an intermediary.
