I also use trustwallet and I also have a few assets in this appas wallet, and I also put them in stakes and I don't encounter any problems either.
I just don't know now if it is facing something in their system in the trust's wallet apps.

If there is ever a system error, I just don't know if you have tried to contact their support op? just at the moment I haven't had any issues with trustwallet so far.

Make sure that your mobile app is updated.
I think you need to provide the transaction hash or link.
I think you have unsuccessfully unstaked your TRX due to the encountered error or due to transaction/gas fee issue.
I can see in your second screenshot that your frozen or staked TRX is inactive.

You will find some suggestions above but it is mostly a gas fee issue, gas fees are high on TRON network, add more TRX.
If the problem is not solved, add more details.

honestly, giving the contract address as well as the necessary transaction hash would be great for analyzation purposes.
but it seems as contract has mentioned your frozen balance is not greater than 1 therefore function call resulting in error.

are you sure you're interacting with legit contract?

I think best course of action you just contact whatever project you're staking on and let them help.

Can you give some more details like the platform you're staking on and how long you've had your coins stakes there and how long you've not been receiving rewards on? This will help you get some answers from users here.

The last time you staked it on Trust Wallet, where were you getting the daily reward you are referring to?

From the image you posted above, it shows that you have staked using the 14-day locked-up period, which, if you were not getting the daily reward from your last time staking, the reward might be added at the end of the 2-week staking period. This is just my assumption, as I have not staked TRX on Trust Wallet before.
