what model of miner do you, spilt them into different rooms would be amazing if it was permanent winter Cheesy
Haha, true! Not to mention the noise.

I'm mining altcoins with A2 Terminators. They've got big asses (4Us each) and aren't easily rack-mountable, but they're pretty efficient as far as Scrypt miners go.

ive got 3 gaw furies, i have never hosted Smiley, but i dont see why i couldnt, my electricity is around 0.08 us cents per KW, i live in south africa Smiley
Aaah, well with such small power consumption, I don't blame you! My miners consume 830watts each, so at least in the US with 110v electricity, you'd really be putting a strain on regular home wiring unless maybe you had one in each room, or if you had a 30amp outlet installed.

this hero member is offering a hosting service, provided that any hardware you send is large enough Smiley

Thanks for the suggestion! Based on my miner efficiency, that'd come out to $0.158/kwh though, which is kinda pricey, wouldn't you say?

What about you personally, if I may ask - do you mine, and if so, do you use a host? If not, do you just have a couple miners, or did you have some really beefy electrical set up at your home?

I'm looking for a place to host a few scrypt miners, so I'm curious what miner hosts you folks use? (assuming you use one at all, of course)

I'm going to be moving abroad where the electricity costs exceed profitability, and if I were to leave the machines with friends or family, I'm not confident that they could resolve any maintenance issues that may come up, assuming they'd even be okay with all the noise.

Obviously, trust is of the utmost importance, so I'm hoping to find providers who have an established reputation around here.

Any constructive feedback would be greatly appreciated!
