yes, the transaction is finished from bitstamp. I have open a ticket and they give me this reply, to not send internal contract transactions again, but only regular on chain transactions. It seems the same problem with a transfer to binance.
Don't know what it means, as i managed a transfer from bitstamp to bittrex and got no problem.

I dont know about sending from one exchange to another, today was my first time depositing ETH to coinexchange, for the same reason as you obviously 
Have you check the transacttion? Is it still pending?
If it is already done you can ask CE support by submitting a support ticket, provide all necessary info like number of Tx, wallet address, deposit address, the ETH amount, etc

I send some ETH from bitstamp to coinexchange and cannot see it after one day.
...but i received that message on my email:
"Please make sure NOT to send internal contract transactions again please - only regular on chain transactions."
This is the message received by coinexchange.io
Can somebody explain me what the difference and how to avoid it?
