Just create a multisig address and share it with everyone involved. The addresses are public so they will be able to monitor
incoming and outgoing transactions through blockchain.info or any other block explorer.

Yes I suggest the OP to use greenAddress :  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/greenaddress-open-source-multisig-wallet-service-521988

* multisig addresses are used in cases where you need approval from at least two parties to spend bitcoin

Hi,

I plan to use bitcoin for transparency and creating trust between doners, suppliers and the organization itself.

What i want is a static (fixed) multi-sig bitcoin address that is also labelled on the blockchain. And our suppliers will have the same so that when people donate money they can see in real time that it is being spent where we say it is.

I know you can label your address on blockchain.info (such as Wikileaks or Bitstamp or whatever) but is it possible to both add a label to an address, and harness multi-sig capabilities at the same time? Blockchain.info does not do MS to my knowledge.

Any help would be much appreciated as this is an integral part of my project.

Many thanks
