First, make sure your credit/debit card information is actually true, if you've inputted fake information then most likely that account will stay closed, second call an amazon associate and ask them why was your account closed, most of the time they will tell you that they need to take some information and they will send it to "account specialists", you're going to get an email in 24 hours, if you don't repeat the previous step, if you do, they're going to ask you to send them by fax some information, send it to them and if you're lucky they'll have it opened in a few days, if you're not just repeat the process until you are.
