how many bitcoins you mined with that? very interesting. i was reading old posts where people complaining about hd5830 that profit dropped from 1BTC to 0.6BTC for a DAY

how crazy hd5830 could mine 1BTC a day.

Used to be able to mine BTC using any desktop cpu....nothing special....

Back in the days when these cards are reigning it was very hard to setup a crossfire setup because the cards are scarce, I couldn't find an extra 7970 in my area to build an insane gaming rig but as time goes by new cards are built and many started selling off their HD series, right now these cards still manages to have good value on stores offline and online, I'm pretty sure you will see buyers for them

Go to any online store and create a seller account, with be local or international it doesn't matter, those cards are still selling like hot cake today, yes they are obsolete for miners but not for gaming and graphic designs, those who need them will still buy them, in my own country people still buy hd5770 and gtx750ti so yes you can sell with ease

The power consumption of these cards is why they are obsolete for mining profits today, the power is still present as they can handle any high intense graphical gaming or graphical work till date, if I can get for dirt cheap I can buy a hd7990 again, OP do you have this on your list or just the HD6990?

Sounds like you are a old miner yourself, you can sell the cards for good money online, use Amazon, Aliexpress, Newegg or ebay, mining isn't that Profitable anymore I advice you invest the money on popular altcoins instead of buying another sets of graphic cards again, every six years graphics card fades away as new techs will be revealed

What are the collectors going to use the old gpus for? No wonder they are still been sold at high price, it these cards are actually useless today they should be sold for 40$ to 50$ each but I'm surprised they have high maintained values on amazon and newegg, very impressive IMO

, can you believe that some are selling these graphic cards on Newegg for 650$? Even a old hd 7950 that is less powerful than hd7990 and hd6990 is been sold at 649$, that's insane, no matter how old some technology gets they will still maintain some good values

The cards are all crossfire ready out of the box, I'm sure there will be people out there longing for these cards even in 2020, you should create some adverts on ebay and newegg, I can see few Radeon hd7790 on Newegg for sale @129$ and I can still see buyers review from 2020 saying the card is still very good for 1080p displays so I'm positive you will be able to sell them at good rate.

The cards are old, there will be some issue with driver compatibility if you plan to run today's games with the graphic cards, I used to own a HD7790 which was a mid range card in 2013, it lasted me up to 2018 then AMD stop supporting the HD series, to use one today you need to go find older radeon drivers to be fully compatible with the card, not suited for mining too, just for gaming

People still use those cards for crossfire, though there are many issues with crossfire since the release time but some hardcore gamers have their ways around them, go on ebay and sell this cards you will see good buyers in no time depending on your price range

Gamers that are looking for a budget solution can still go for hd7990 or hd6690, they are both dual graphics solution and a beast too, the only let down here is they are running on direct x 11 which is outdated by now but on youtube I can still see many gamers using these graphic cards for gaming, you can still make money out of them

HD6990 still runs Red dead redemption 2 which is one of the .ost demanding games in 2020 at 40FPS, this isn't a joke mates, that card is still a beast, I believe that the older this cards get the higher their price will be, you will sell this card for good money in future, that is if you want to keep it

Do not be discouraged, you can still sell those cards for good dollars, take your time and visit ebay and Amazon you will see that people are still selling hd6990 gpu on these websites, you just need to decide how much you are willing to sell yours, the price range on ebay starts from 82$ to 350$, yes 350$ , HD6990 is a powerful graphic card and it is still good for 1080p gaming today
