That is a bot fail
If you look at what both threads are doing they are simply selling a product.
And while I am anti plagiarism. It is obvious he is not passing off that info as his own. It is more or less a statement of fact as I read the info.

both people staying the same facts about an event are not pressing the info as their own but as a set of facts.

so that is a fact about the commandments.
both people stated a fact about group buys.
neither one claimed it to be their creation.
I don't see it as plagrism I see what was done as a bot fail to distinguish both people were repeating facts.
