I contacted local bitcoin and was able to ban his account i called PayPal also and they told they are investigating most likely his account can be suspended or limited. He is now trying to scam with thecoinfinder account i will send him a pm and upload more proofs in few hours.

now a days scammers and time wasters just ask skype id and then try cheat and waste time in long chats so why I NO more use any messengers like skype icq etc

I confirm. This user was doing some sketchy shit to me aswell on skype. I confirm that's his Skype. He was trying to buy btc with PayPal, but would not send first. He said he would in the start.

The first screenshot is the scammers and second one is what i sent ignore the hours as he may have different time in his account but look at the min and seconds coincidentally both are same just a old inspect element trick .

About teamviewer he couldn't do anything and chargebacks yse i have a way won't it public but it works didn't get any chargebacks till now but have appropiate precaution

Yeah i did see his feedback but still wanted to try maybe he must have changed but some people never change.

giveen please if you have the whole chats logs from Skype it would be very good if you upload them and also the private message were he has give to you the contact information. Because if you don't it is he's word again'st yours.
By the look of this probably he has many accounts and had scammed in the past he's posting a lot lately looks like an old account with high potential.

Uhh, didn't you check his prior feedback?   Red flags all over the place.   Why would anyone deal with such an obvious scammer--even with escrow?  Don't deal with shitbags like him.

However you should never allow unknow people to connect via teamviewer for obivious reason!

Second thing is that there is no risk free paypal deal and you can not be 100% secure from chargebacks.

So i was selling btc for PayPal i knew a way to be safe from chargeback i found a seller he gave me his skype he told we'll use localbitcoin for escrow we did that he sent the funds but when i checked my PayPal i didn't receive anything he told to teamview i opened and showed my PayPal nothing was there he told to see the proof in localbitcoin i opened it and then he tried to release funds but luckily i had 2FA so he failed miserably
