Well that's of course a very good reason and exactly the type of feedback we are looking for to guide us going forward.

The solution we are working on we expect to be superior, but there is in theory no reason why we can't do both, there may even be a way of plugging in our solution into a sort of enhanced ccminer API. This would enable us to release the API support upfront to provide legacy support for farms using existing tooling.

I will discuss this with the team, thanks for the feedback!
Awesome, I'm glad to hear it. Gaining 1-2% on my hashrate income would be quite nice.

2) Well no, mainly because we are working on something we believe is a lot more powerfull. It's not just our version of the ccminer API though, it's....
The reason I ask is because for us mid-sized and especially larger scale farms, having an API that is supported by our tools is very very important.

The CCMINER API is extremely easy to recreate, I know you guys have a pile of stuff you're working on but I would highly recommend trying to support it in some way. I have literally changed my entire farms miner apps due to lack of easy API support.

Regarding the source code, it is not publicly available - we earn 0.5% as a dev fee.

Feel free to run tools on the code, security checks, run it in a sandbox or whatever.

It's not really in our interest to build hidden things into it, the community will figure that out quick enough and that would be the end of it.

Dev fee is 0.5%. I've updated the github readme. It is displayed though in the notice when you start the miner. It mines the fee every four hours for 72 seconds.

Its on github but the code isn't publicly available there? I know the source code is available on your releases page but i'd prefer to view it on the browser and not download anything without reviewing it first. Just to be fair, because all your accounts are new. Who knows who you are or what you put in your code.

Hope you give an update regarding dev fees as well. I would be interested in trying out new software.

Didn't find anything about fee?

I'm interested to see what temps, power usage and hashing people get with this on Vega and rx480.   If anyone gets a chance to test it would be good to see, I think so far the first released windows blockchain drivers have been best for Ethereum at least.

1) We are working on the benchmarks, it's a lot of work and we've been focused on getting the first release out. As most miners are memory bound don't expect a miracle there, although we have managed to optimize our kernel even further than others have. The main point we believe is in our stale share reduction technology.

Sorry, stay tuned there's much more to come on that topic.

Looks interesting. I will test when I have time.

1) Do you have any benchmarks?

2) Is it ccminer API compatible?

We have just released the first beta of our brand new GPU miner for Linux.

https://github.com/TurboMiner/TurboMiner

Designed from the ground up to maximize mining profitability. TurboMiner contains a super optimized mining kernel to bring maximum possible hash rates to miners.
Next generation features like "Stale Share Reduction" reduce stale shares to less than 1% to maximize mining income.

Half the development fees of competing miners with higher returns.

TurboMiner gives you full control over your GPU cards for overclocking and fan / temperature control and provides important feedback on hash rates and power usage to allow you to tune for an optimal performance (Average watts per hash etc.)

Features
- Supports Ethereum and Ethereum classic
- OpenCL AMD, NVidia compatible
- Extremely stable miner
- Optimized for AMD GPUs
- High hash rates
- Stale Share Reduction technology
- Temperature / Fan control
- Overclocking support
- Stratum protocol support
- Feedback on temperature and power usage, watts per hash etc.
- Current exchange rate information
- Low CPU usage
- Highly configurable mining options per card
- Automatic Lockup Detection
- Simple installation
- Small footprint

Let us know what you think!
