It's also a great example of how to get red-tagged by DT. Probably anyone who were thinking of joining this scheme will also get red-tagged because pyramid schemes only work by each level scamming the next level in order to recoup their own outlay, resulting in a whole pyramid of dirty thieving scammers. Everyone who participates gets their hands dirty.
