Just use the watchlist if you don't want to see topics that you're not watching.
How can I turn off that automatic notification?
You go to this page, unsubscribe from the topic and adjust your preferences:https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;sa=notification
It shows up in "Show new replies to your posts."
It will continue to do so, unless you delete all your posts in the topic.AFAIK there is no way to get it removed from there other than that.
I posted in something once and no longer want to be reminded of this fact. How can I turn off that automatic notification? All I did was reply to the topic, I didn't hit watch or anything else. It shows up in "Show new replies to your posts."
