4.88 BTC has been repaid over the course of several months, ultimately all BLC loans will be fully paid less than a year after they were due. The 5% interest rate is actually phenomenal compared to any other loan-type investment even for a year, and I plan on sending some extra interest.
Hello Mr. Zachary Gruskin

4.88 BTC was paid over several months, but 20 BTC was due several months before any of these payments even started, correct?

Your 5% interest rate is much lower then what is available for even those with a steady income a excellent credit for a personal/signature loan. On an APY basis, your lenders should have received somewhere around 60% if your loan was repaid on time, and your lenders did not agree to lend you 20 BTC for a year when they gave you the loan.

It's because I don't feel safe on Bitcointalk. This place is actually very freaky and probably downright dangerous. I did alot of trades here and didn't need all that info logged on a site that is being malicious towards me.
All the facts are posted, there's nothing more to say for now, I just wanted the real story to be posted so people can see it if they stumble on this thread.

This is what usually happens on here when people default on loans, or antagonize their creditors.

Vendors have even doxxed their customers, and forums management doesn't give a fuck unless it has to do with Thermos' dox.

Welcome to Bitcointalk - a wretched hive of scum and villainy.

Turtlehurricane, you really are a piece of work. In my eyes you are 100% a scammer. This belief is based on, among other things your dealing with djvoodoo (or whatever his name was) as you had admitted to receiving something of value (the gold coins from Amazon) and gave him zero in return, while claiming (while providing zero evidence of such) that you returned the coins to Amazon because you thought the AGC used to purchase the gold coins were fraudulent.

If you agreed to repay your lenders 30 days after the date of the loan and you have not repaid such loan then you are in default of such loan. Period. End of discussion. Looking at a single one of the transactions you claim to have paid to your lenders, I see that you have made at least one payment greater then 30 days from the date of the loan.

If you think you can be a year late on one of your loans and not have your credit history be negatively affected then you are sorely mistaken.

All of this ignores the fact that you act very shady, for example claiming that you do amounts of business that I do not believe you to be doing (I believe you do this to give yourself the appearance of being more trustworthy then you really are).

This also ignores the fact that you appear, in my eyes to be delusional and even if none of the above would apply, i would believe that it would still not be safe to trade with you because you may not fully understand what you are agreeing to and may not follow through on those agreements. This is similar to my opinion of TECHSHARE as he appears to be similarly delusional.

Considering the reality of the situation, most of what has been posted here on Bitcointalk regarding this situation is libel, and this defamation has caused monetary damage. I can send a subpoena to each and every person who defamed me on Bitcointalk, if they make no attempt to resolve their egregious mistakes after being informed.

Good luck with that, brah.

All of the above trust ratings are libel. It is both morally unjust and illegal if these trust ratings are not revised to include the entire situation. The loans were not paid on the due date...

Why did you sterilize your post history ?

You know what type of people do that ? It's usually scammers and people with things to hide is who.

All of the above trust ratings are libel. It is both morally unjust and illegal if these trust ratings are not revised to include the entire situation. The loans were not paid on the due date, however I have been in contact with the lenders and repaying, 5 BTC so far and 0.1 BTC per day. KWH, master-P, EcuaMobi, and Vod need to revise the trust comments. They can say anything they want and leave it red as long as it includes the whole truth. This is not legally a default so different terminology is required.

I don't see how "Never deal with this user without a trusted user of this forum as escrow. Never lend without collateral." is libel. You defaulted several loans and are deleting  posts which is suspicious. Therefore I recommend everyone to deal with you using escrow and to lend only with valid collateral.

I'm not saying whether or not you're repaying or will repay (I don't know the future) and the reference links to a thread where you can post to keep everyone updated.

Since all this bad stuff has been posted, I figure posting the rest of the story can't do any harm

The following is a list of blockchain transactions, each transaction is a payment sent from me directly to Bitlendingclub members. Repayment has been underway for months, an agreement to make a mandatory repayment schedule (stemmed by 1-2 months of no payments) was in place 2 days BEFORE newtons1 created this thread. 4.88 BTC has been repaid over the course of several months, ultimately all BLC loans will be fully paid less than a year after they were due. The 5% interest rate is actually phenomenal compared to any other loan-type investment even for a year, and I plan on sending some extra interest.

Diamondcardz, Brad Harrison, forzendiablo, and Markj113 need to edit their posts as well, it was absurd to accuse me of trying to run away from a loan just because I deleted most of my bitcointalk information. I simply don't want to be storing so much information on a website filled with people who take malicious actions towards me without considering the full situation.

This repayment information was prominently displayed on Bitlendingclub/Loanbase and Newtons1 purposely ignored it. Newtons1, aka Quickseller, has really gone above and beyond by posting these false allegations and then posting personal information. All of that info is already in the hands of my lenders before this, and they have chosen not to start scam accusations against me or dox me. I bet Newtons1/Quickseller would be scared shitless if his personal info was posted since he has wronged so many people, but I know I have not stolen from any lenders or customers so I am not worried about my identity being known. Newtons1 is damaging both me and my lenders and needs to cease and desist.

In other words, you are trying to cover your tracks on your turtlehurricane account and will return as another account to scam again? Am I even somewhat close?

That is pure libel newtons1.
No it is not. Which part is incorrect? A, none of it, at least not materially incorrect.
Simply starting the scam accusation and the title " Did turtlehurricane default on a 20 BTC loan? A: Yes" is defamation, definitely libel since it is printed in text. This is a malicious attack on my reputation by someone who is not involved. It's actually quite illegal so good thing your account is a throwaway.

That's not how defamation works, buddy. There's no defamation here! An attack on your reputation isn't illegal. The person not being involved doesn't make it illegal either. That would be because the statement is true.
^^this is a good explanation buddy.

Why spend so much time deleting so many of your previous  posts.

Just seems to be strange behaviour.
Legal purposes, think about it for a minute maybe you'll understand. Bitcoins and fraud do not mix, even if the allegations are libel it's still scary, any posts mentioning Bitcoins became a liability.
I don't think this makes any sense. From my point of view, this is to cover your tracks.

His personal info will be on www.shamelist.it first second he breaks agreement we reached. ...
Did you recently buy this account?  Quite a gap in your posting right after this:
I think he has been doing badly, since he owes btc to many people and evades any contact.

two threads on this subject is a tad too much, for my taste.
This threads are here as a warning to others, deebosch, it's no longer about you.  If you are who you claim to be, and did lend the kid '8.5+ BTC' (lol?), kiss that money goodbye.

Two days ago, we have reached an agreement that he (turtlehurricane) honored up to now. I am not sure I follow what you guys achieved here. He will likely dump this username (if he is already deleting past posts). I hope I will have some communication lines open with him after that.

I assume I do not know the full story of his past actions here, true. However, what has happened here to lenders-borrower relationships, I would not characterize positive. I am in these loans for about 8.5+ BTC, so I am interested in repayment.

You don’t seem to be his lenders, so I do not understand what’s your agenda. How much does he owe you? Or what happened between you such that there are two posts in Scam accusation section in the last few days on the basis of defaulted loans which are being repaid (albeit slow) and to which you don’t seem to be a party.

His personal info will be on www.shamelist.it first second he breaks agreement we reached. It will be in google top five results for his name search in couple of days after that. If there is someone in the thread scammed by turtlehurricane, please come forward. Without it, two threads on this subject is a tad too much, for my taste.

How is a newbie with the ability to post only once every 360 seconds suppose to quote a scammer's post with hundreds of posts before he deletes them all? By the time I even get halfway through his posts he will be in Mexico drinking Piña coladas

Does anyone have his dox? If so then I would defiantly be interested in it considering how clear it is that this person is a serial scammer who selectively scammed many people over a long period of time.

on 20BTC ?

Mexico must be very cheap  Cheesy
He defaulted on 20 BTC of loans. If you look through his history you will see this is clearly not the 1st time that he has scammed anyone. There have been multiple scam accusations against him over the last year or so that were all quickly resolved after turtlehurricane received negative trust. turtlehurricane also has a history of spewing out BS about defamation to people that claim he scammed them.

I cannot say what the amount that turtlehurricane has stolen in total, although it is my firm belief that it is significantly greater then 20 BTC.

This guy is culling the hell out of his previous posts.

He's obviously trying to disappear owing a lot of people a lot of money.

I saved his linked in profile as a pdf if anyone needs it before it gets deleted.

Suggest people grab as much info as possible for when people start looking for him.

Reference Link: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--1190245

Additional Notes: I just wanted to put it out there it appears that turtlehurricane now only has 378 activity but is still showing as being a "Hero Member". It is my belief that the requirement to be a hero is to have greater then 479 activity.

If you look at his post history, you will see that a lot of his posts are somewhat old, and the ones that remain are mostly "..." and were last edited today. I would have hoped that someone in his position would not be able to delete posts like this.

It is my belief that turtlehurricane could be attempting to cover his tracks after it was discovered that he defaulted on 20 BTC worth of loans.

@bold: It takes time for the rank to get updated.

The admin does have access to those deleted posts and hence if anyone needs them, the admin Theymos can retrive the deleted posts. This incident reminds me of another scammer named "TheGambler". He also kept deleting his posts.

I believe that bitcointa.lk had stopped saving posts roughly a year ago. If you look at that link then you will see no posts from his profile.

I would have thought that users who engage in what is clearly money transmission, and exchangers would be prevented from doing this kind of thing, especially users who have negative trust like he does.

Yeah. Seems like it. He's supposed to be working on repaying his loans right now, correct? I guess he's decided to change his mind and attempt to vanish, then, because with 20 BTC that he is liable for left on Bitcointalk you wouldn't expect him to just start deleting and blanking his posts...
