A quite reliable Testnet faucet without annoying ads is in my experience
Three other testnet faucets.

https://coinfaucet.eu/en/btc-testnet/
https://tbtc.bitaps.com/
https://kuttler.eu/en/bitcoin/btc/faucet/

Newbies can be scammed by believe Bitcoin testnet tBTC is Bitcoin BTC.

A quite reliable Testnet faucet without annoying ads is in my experience https://testnet.coinfaucet.eu. The OP might consider adding it to the initial post. Depending on how much Testnet coins you need, this faucet is still quite generous compared to most other faucets.

https://bitcoinfaucet.uo1.net/ e.g. only gives you max. 0.00008 tBTC per request.
https://testnet-faucet.mempool.co/ timed out multiple times and never loaded for me for quite some time now.

It's also visible in the Windows title when Electrum operates on Bitcoin Testnet:

hello guys, i've been away for a while because I needed to focus on my master's degree but i'm active again

So, I am very grateful for these observations made by you guys, I will make the necessary changes!
I apologize for some mistakes, because english is not my native language, and I also have a superficial knowledge in Bitcoin/Blockchain!

ps: if I make any mistakes, please correct me!

Thank you so much guys!  Smiley

First of all, you can explain what testnet is all about which I did not see in your post contents. Although, you indicated that you translated it. It should be noted that testnet coins is for testing and not real bitcoin, Electrum wallet will indicate that also.

Creating (Wallet):
- Create a "BIP39 Mnemonic" (seed BIP 39) and write it down, I suggest creating it at iancoleman.io - https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ (preferably use the offline version);
- Select "I already have the seed" and click "Next";
- Enter the seed created in the first step. In "Options" select "Bip39 seed" and "extend this seed with custom words", click next;
- Choose a seed extension, (extra password)
- Choose one of the three scrypt options and the "path" to derive the keys:
    - legacy (p2pkh) -
    - p2sh (p2wpkh-p2sh) -
    - bech32 or native segwit (p2wpkh) - tb1qf4e5yza378gdnewwuqzfu79xsv0a8cqhqftp83
Select one of the options and click "Next";
- Put a password in the wallet;
- End.
You do not have to go through the complicated process when Electrum wallet has its own way of generating seed phrase. It is also testnet, no real bircoin you are dealing with. You can just open the testnet app -> name your wallet -> choose the type you want to create like 'standard wallet'-> create a seed -> backup the seed phrase -> input you seed phrase and click on next.

    - legacy (p2pkh) -
    - p2sh (p2wpkh-p2sh) -
    - bech32 or native segwit (p2wpkh) - tb1qf4e5yza378gdnewwuqzfu79xsv0a8cqhqftp83
It's "script" not "scrypt", the former is the algorithm used for mining altcoins like Litecoin.
Since the original isn't English, it may be the local translation of that English word; if not, please tell the owner of the thread as well.

For the examples:
legacy () - n2ZJnxwXebK7KkWrKFFU7cnL8mufqQVmiL or mqmwkULXCx8zSTDwrofLY4whMR5aFKjLuY
p2sh () - 2MzwFhATVfQg2dgizr26mZYo67135wRgQgD

Unless you want to test something specific to BIP39 there is no need for this step. You can simply let Electrum create a new seed phrase for you and use the keys it provides. The steps are exactly as a mainnet wallet.

P.S. You should include steps needed to run Electrum TestNet on other operating systems. One way is to run ./Electrum --testnet in Linux or OSx terminal but I don't know how you could create a shortcut the same as Windows.

I talked with @Pmalek in another topic about Electrum feature, and I'm translating it now.

(...)

I just translated another interesting tutorial about Electrum Testnet.

ps: I'm just translating (portuguese > english), I'm not the creator, all credits go to the user @Alveus- ORIGINAL TOPIC - "Guia Electrum Testnet ( em construção)"

ps: The original topic was created years ago, there may be some inconsistencies in this tutorial

You need to download the latest version of Electrum wallet https://electrum.org/#download

First step, after finishing downloading and installing the wallet, you need create a shortcut for electrum.exe;

In the shortcut properties, under “destination”, add to the end of the location “--testnet”.

Okay, now we can access the testnet through electrum. Thus, when we access the wallet through the shortcut, we will enter the testnet, through the normal link on the mainnet.

Creating (Wallet):
- Create a "BIP39 Mnemonic" (seed BIP 39) and write it down, I suggest creating it at iancoleman.io - https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ (preferably use the offline version);
- Select "I already have the seed" and click "Next";
- Enter the seed created in the first step. In "Options" select "Bip39 seed" and "extend this seed with custom words", click next;
- Choose a seed extension, (extra password)
- Choose one of the three scrypt options and the "path" to derive the keys:

    - bech32 or native segwit (p2wpkh) - tb1qf4e5yza378gdnewwuqzfu79xsv0a8cqhqftp83
Select one of the options and click "Next";
- Put a password in the wallet;
- End.
