Is there a tutorial on sending with zero transaction fee in QT client?

I'll give you a clue: you have to create transactions with a priority greater than or equal to 57.6 million. Now you only have to figure out the priority of your transaction Wink.

Invest NASDAQ in Bitcoin
I'm looking for the answer as well. Seems that Since bitcoin-qt.0.8.2 beta, there's some more strict rules on paying fees, one I can understand if preventing flood, but even normal speed, normal tx (larger than 0.05) will incur a 0.0005 fee on 0.8.2 or 0.0001 on 0.8.3. Any one can explain the details why and point out the codes where forces the fee in bitcoin-qt source code?
