you need twitter audit pro account to do daily twitter audits. According to my knowledge there aren't such ways to audit facebook accounts.
If you get pro account for your twitter audit, you can find your fake followers or bots and you may block them, delete tehm on your followers list. I have used twitter audit pro nearly 2 months, it was useful and as i remember price is nearly 6 usd per month. If you look for it, you can find somebody who make this service for free.

as far as I understand, Facebook can track this only manually, log in to the account and if the participant is inactive or often repeats the same message on the page, it's a bot, so it's better to watch someone add)) in a tweeter with this easier
