There is no difference between the two, I make sure this is controlled with the same person and where possible if different people will still be different, not exactly the same, the DeFi project is now being used by many scammers to have a chance to get money I think this should be avoided whatever it is if it's suspicious still have to avoid it.
It's ridiculous that the interface is the same as the whitepaper and there is no change at all, this is a lazy scamer and easy to track down if you're really not smart.

You're right, probably the same people behind this scam or maybe the templates is being sold in dark markets for a price and then obviously, being used to rehearse the same trick over and over again, similar to fake Elon Musk and Vitalik Buterin scheme.
So watchful newbies, don't get caught by this scammers otherwise you will have a painful experience and might blame the ecosystem itself. LOL.
