Findingnemo, that thread is becoming a mega thread, I have other reports there that moderators haven't handled. I believe this user needs ban immediately. User still spamming forum here is his/her latest posted about 1+hr ago.
It looks like the user thanhgonzalez already nuked by our moderators because we can see that account has zero posts and zero activity.
Yes I can see that too although before I made this post today, he still had activities and posts and the user just made a post then I remembered I have seen same post before by another user. Why mod not ban second account yet?legendary

I believe this two account are from the same user trying to get traffic from forum for his/her pump and dump group. A quick look at their post history reviews they have been spamming with same content over and over again.
