So in the future, how do I manually check any Tx ID using command line in a local wallet rather than depend on an online site?

My local Bitcoin-Qt notifies me every time when some funds come to me.
Unfortunately, these notifications are very rare  Grin

There are several blockchain browsers over the internet network. The best of them is... bc.i
But in case of such strange things fell free to use webbtc.com and... google.com

PS. It is not "big bug". Something is wrong with bc.i database, not with bitcoin technology.

Yes, I know it's not a problem with the bitcoin protocol. I said big bug for the reputable site.

This is a pretty big bug then, for being a more reputable site, and one that has built in wallet for that matter.
You should not trust any third party, even it reputable site, bitcoin developer or forum user like me or even a god.
Trust math.

Don't you see that both of these statements can not be true?
It is just a bug on blockchain.info site.

I received a payment, according to blockchain.info, it has been unconfirmed for several days now (looking at both Tx ID and wallet address). The Tx fee was paid by the sender, so I'm not sure what's going on. However, when looking at the same Tx ID on a different website, it shows that the Tx was confirmed:

(unconfirmed) https://blockchain.info/address/19hGwCR6FZ5Kvn5eGCbzZcRPpNzHCgdAbK
(unconfirmed) https://blockchain.info/tx/049fe092b1970270410a9269daba438e7b00ea6159d192a8c62356afdf6aee57

(confirmed) http://insight.bitpay.com/tx/049fe092b1970270410a9269daba438e7b00ea6159d192a8c62356afdf6aee57

I could probably just easily go in my wallet to see if I can send the coins to another wallet, but the thing is I have many wallets and some are never online. So for this one, I can only base it on sites that spit out the data for me. Can someone explain why the same Tx ID shows different results on two websites? And most importantly, tell me if it's actually confirmed in my wallet or not?
