Anthony Joshua is going to destroy both of these two chumps if/when he faces them. It’s going to be a demolition show when he faces them.

We will have to wait to see that as currently we'll be seeing a rematch between these two, however I felt there should have been a result in their match. When you say Anthony knocking both I feel he'll be able to knock down Wilder down easily. However when it'll come to Fury it'll be difficult as we have seen before Fury shall try to tire him, and take the match in the 12th round. I don't think it's wise to place a bet on their rematch, cause the result was baffling who knows it may be a draw again.
Yes, I haven't seen Joshua though fight a pure boxer like Fury so it might end in maybe a decision for either both of them. Anthony Joshua doesn't have a one punch knock-out like Wilder so it's going to be a difficult fight if ever him and Fury face. He moves a lot, changes his stands so he is a difficult target. Unlike Joshua previous opponents who decided to fight him fire with fire, its going different outcome specially with Tyson Fury.

I wouldn't say it would be a way in the park for Anthony Joshua. Joshua doesn't have Wilder's power to try to get a lucky punch through the 12 rounds to ko Fury (and Fury shown he can survive Wilder's power).

Fury has superior boxing skills than both Wilder and Joshua, he hits hard but doesn't have their power.

Overall it's always an interesting match between these guys, will watch all of them, but will not gamble, with these scammy decisions you are just prone to lose money and get mad at it.

I also suspect Joshua is on steroids. He doesn't look normal.

Nonetheless the biggest fight right now is the rematch.

It's funny you mentioned about Joshua on steroid, that dude is pretty jack up and could a poster boy for steroid abuse. Anyways, I guess we have to wait because I agree that the biggest fight will be the rematch but I think it the fight is held on British soil, Tyson Fury will win by decision.

I don't really watch or stick my nose in a heavyweight division fight, But after seeing on who's gonna fight now I could say that Deontay Wilder will sure do a beating to Tyson Fury and this fights gonna be a fast one for Wilder, I could say that this may be finished in a one straight punch of wilder, I would say he has the upper hand because of his Built, Speed, and Power he may land a KO on Fury in this upcoming match.

It's possible that it ends like that, but let's not forget that Tyson Fury was the only one that carried Klitshko into 12 fights with superior boxing (even if it was not a very popular fight spectator wise because it was extremely technical)

Anthony Joshua was able to TKO him but it wasn't easy at all, then again Wilder doesn't have the technical skills of Joshua.

Throwing big bombs for 12 rounds is just not possible for a heavyweight even if you are slim like Wilder, I don't believe in that, so he must be able to do it within the first 6 rounds or Tyson's superior skills may be able to outbox him for next half.

Tyson also seems to be in shape this time unlike when he fought Klitshko which was literally fat.

I was in total shock after seeing the fight had ended up in a split decision, Actually Tyson Fury had most of the rounds by dancing inside the ring and keeping the pace in sliding Wilders punches, And I would really like to give it to wilder that guy had that strange punching power in him that have to knock out Tyson Fury in two of the rounds and with that said he is not that tall and just as you have said Wilder doesn't have the technical skills of Anthony Joshua, I mean I think this deserves a rematch.

That's another discussion,  Grin. Anthony Joshua also shows that he can also bounce back, specially when he was also knock down by Klitschko and overcome him to win. I really wanted to see AJ vs Wilder, it would be an epic heavyweight fight, however, we need to wait because it looks like the rematch is on the way for Fury and Wilder. I guess Joshua can sit back and relax for now. But looking at how Fury and Wilder performances this past Saturday, I would say that Joshua has a good chance to beating either one of them.

I agree that after 2 knockouts it was insane to give the match a draw that is given but if there needs to be any defense on the judges cards the fact that dude literally went up from two knockdowns and still managed to keep the fight close after that is really amazing. Nobody loses that much weight (he went from 170 to 115 I think) quit boxing and after all that still gets into the ring, gets knockdown twice and still gets up and puts up an amazing performance almost getting the fight.

We all agree that if he didn't get knocked down twice at the beginning he would have won the match easily. Hence if the draw can be defended for now it is only because dude was capable of pulling an incredible feat of getting back into the fight like nothing happened.

I still think anyone who gets knocked down twice should lose the fight but if there was any possible of a draw or even a win, it was this one.

Wow. The fight ended up in a controversial fashion I have Fury up on my scorecard. Fury showed a big heart and coming up from two knock downs. He controlled the first half of the rounds but wilder got round 9 and round 12 10-8 because of the knock down but its not enough to win the fight.

Judges' Scores: 115-111 for Wilder, 114-110 for Fury and 113-113 for the draw

I also had Tyson Fury still leading even though he was KD twice by Wilder. Although I thought that Fury will not get up from the second KD in round 12. Did anyone think that the referee gave him more than a 10 second count? Anyways, I heard that a rematch is on the horizon and it will be in UK.

@bbc.reporter -  I'm not sure about the fight being rigged. But I'm sure that a rematch will make both of them huge money.

Yes, besides the possibility of corruption, there is also the possibility of a rematch which will make the promoters and every organization involved richer hehehe.

We are always scammed in all aspects of life, I reckon.

How about ring rust though?
Side note: The winner will face Anthony Joshua. AJ demolished Povetkin last September so its going to be interesting. Could be it a all British war with Fury? Grin
It was one of the greatest fight in a long time in boxing and i clearly thought Tyson Fury won that fight, if not for that final round knockout, which was really hard and i am not sure how he got up from that punch, it was really insane and if you score the fight, Fury won the fight hands down, but the judges gave it a draw, Fury just proved that there is no ring rust and he always rise to the occasion.

My money would be on Wilder. He's much more experienced and fought much better opponents than Fury. Fury was pretty much unknown before his fight with Klitschko.
Wilder had an impressive record in paper because he was facing journey man fighters for a very long time, just take a look at his opponents, you will find more than 25 unknown fighters he faced. Cheesy
Basing on stats we can really say that Wilder do have the edge on all angles but i didnt expect on how Fury do fight teeth by teeth with Wilder
in spite on the records between on them thats why same as you said i believe on that 25 unknown fighters thing.  Grin

I was amazed on how Fury able to get up on that 2nd knock out which i do believe it is already the end.Rematch is guaranteed on this one.

Fury won. Deontay Wilder only had a couple of jabs here and there, then the KO at the end, which miraculously Fury survived. That was something out of a movie, I thought the guy wasn't going able to walk straight when he got up, but he survived and not only that, he went at it and landed good punches.

He did enough to get the decision on his favor. The first KO wasn't even legal as far as im concerned, he hit im on the back of the head. Another very controversial decision after GGG vs Canelo 2. Those judges need to be fired.

More people feel this way.

The 30-year-old excelled throughout, impressively recovering from two knockdowns – the second remarkably heavy – but was harshly made the winner with only one of the three ringside judges after scores of 115-111 (in Wilder’s favour), 112-114 and 113-113.

As you can see, 1 judge voted for a draw, which would also be my decision.

Quote
“The Mexican judge (Alejandro Rochin) got it wrong. I genuinely feel sorry for Tyson. He’s been robbed and it wasn’t right.”

Most likely, but I doubt that he'll admit it. This would be the end of his career.

Although I wanted Wilder to win the fight, but it looks like he got a gift this time. And I agree that this is like a Canelo vs GGG 1, and it's hard for Fury to be denied with the win because of what the guy went in the last 2 years. Wilder is exposed in this fight, and those judges needed to be sacked by the governing bodies.

@eaLity. Agreed! What are the chances that the fight was fixed and Tyson Fury went down 2 times on purpose to make this fight end on a draw?

I reckon a draw would give the sportsbooks with a large win from the bettors hehe.

And it would hype people up for a rematch that would again draw big bucks lol. Can't believe the 115-111 card for wilder lol. Heavyweight boxing came alive though after quite a long time.

@eaLiTy - Yes, I agree Fury shows that he is not affected by the long lay-offs he had and really shows the heart of a champion.

@darkangel11 - I think Fury faces more tough opponents than Wilder. The only thing is that he usually boxes in Europe that's why you can say that his opponent is not that good and is relatively unknown to US boxing fans. Remember Fury fought Wladimir Klitschko and give him a boxing clinic ,who at that time held the WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, IBO, The Ring, and lineal heavyweight titles.

This was so close that it can't go without a rematch. Fury was better prepared and he was landing more punches. Wilder has more strength in his hits though, and that costed Fury the fight. The knockdowns raised Wilder's score enough to tip the scales, but even with the knockdowns he barely made it. To me it was a draw. I heard that the rematch is going to be in the UK. Fury's territory this time.

@Ranly123 - Yes I understand your point because Heavyweight divisions has was become of that division because of the dominance of Klitschko brother's. But now we have good fighters around like Fury, Wilder and Anthony Joshua.

With that said, I will go with Wilder here. He has the power advantage. and once Fury tasted that overhand right, he might go down on the canvass for good.

I was surprised to see that no one has created a predictions thread for such an iconic fight. This is going to be the most important boxing fight in a long time, specially for the heavyweight division.

The full card:

Odds are on Tyson Fury winning. If I was going to bet, I would most likely go with the trend and bet on a Tyson Fury 12 round of technical boxing superiority. But it is insanely risky, it just takes Wilder to launch one punch and it's over, no man has been able to survive his rockets. However, Wilder has never taken such a challenge...

Is anyone going to bet BTC or fiat for this one?

I am not fond of watching or even betting in a heavyweight division. As what I have observed in heavyweight division is a boring fight with less action and a less intense fight. But if I were to bet, I will also go for Fury because he has an amazing power. But if Wilder can drag the game above 5 rounds then the game would be even.

It's going to be interesting because these two don't like each other and had an incident on a conference before the fight. A bit of anger always makes people fight better.

There's no doubt that Wilder is a beast, but my money is on Tyson to win this match. Tyson has the patience, skills to hold on to the match, and he'll slowly, but steadily wear wilder down. I am having the same feeling it shall go to the 12th round, however I feel wilder would love to KO Tyson before it reaches there. I feel Wilder lacks the technical discipline to KO Tyson, but in a match like this tensions are bound to rise especially after wilder act on Wednesday. Tyson has shaved off his beard lol, his face definitely looks small, but he's also issued wilder a warning not to get in his face again during the press conference or else he'll knock him down.

For all the marbles: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y1t9t2iNhS8) - A chaotic final presser. LOL. Lots of thrash talking between the two. Wilder is one scary dude but Fury didn't take a step back and I think he really looks good prior to the fight. Its hard to predict who's going to win if the fight goes to a distance, I seeing Fury getting the nod from the judges, but if Wilder hit Fury flash on the jaw in the early rounds then is over.

His been out for ages as far as I can remember and has to deal with personal issues? Yeah he ended Klitschko reigned with superior boxing skills however, after that Fury went into a lot of drama specially after he was caught with drugs in his system (which he vehemently deny).
