However, If you wish you use a third party Escrow service for this transaction / transfer process.. Then this will be dealt with directly by 'Rob Monster' the CEO over at Epik > https://www.epik.com/services/escrow/ (Buyer pays all Escrow fees) or we can process the transaction via DAN; which is where we are currently parking the name (buyer pays the 9% DAN escrow fee so this fee will need to be added on top if using DAN to complete - Note: DAN also accepts BTC payments.
