It still does not address the escrow issue. A replacement happens after a defect or problem is discovered which would be AFTER delivery of goods. Escrow on the other hand is about safeguarding the buyer’s coins before goods are delivered. It’s basically and essentially about protecting the buyer. Are you expecting to be paid first? Upfront?
There is nothing to replace if nothing is delivered.

Escrow is about protecting the buyer and making sure goods are delivered as promised and agreed. A trusted escrow on this forum holds the coins securely until the buyer receives whatever whatever you are selling. And if nothing is delivered, then coins are returned to the buyer. Nice and fair, right?
