I must say there is something wrong with this pool or they are doing something fishy as no payout from last 4 hours and account/Pending balance and Immature Balance remain same as 0 it was 4 hours ago

It is stated very clearly in all our posts on Bitcointalk forum and on our website that the block finders rewards payments are processed once every 24 hours and are sent separately from your regular mining payouts. I think you may have the wrong idea about how mining pools and block chain actually work. Miners get paid when the pool finds a block (this is how 99% of mining pools operate) because this block is what actually contains the reward of coins that you are mining (In the case of Ubiq 8 per block). If the pool did not find a block in that period you mentioned then of-course you will not see any "immature/pending balance" and you will not receive any payout because there was no nothing to pay you. The pool had a period between 6:03 UTC - 09:41 UTC this morning where it did not find any block (this can be confirmed here:
https://ubiqpool.maxhash.org/#/blocks) so I believe this was the period that you mentioned you did not see any balance change on your miner.
We also have live support available for all miners through Discord (link on our website) and through our support email. We have not received any kind of support request from yourself or any other miner regarding any kind of issue at all. If you get in-touch with us through the proper support channels then we will more than happy to check everything together with you and make sure that everything is completely correct.
