You can already encrypt the wallet file itself; It's not really necessary to encrypt it twice. If you want you can use the -w flag to supply the path to your wallet file inside an encrypted folder.

I just installed encfs, and I'm wondering how to incorporate this into Electrum. Can I install electrum inside an encrypted folder, so that the encryption password is needed to open the electrum client?
