A peer-to-peer electronic monetary system based on cryptography like bitcoin yet unlike bitcoin. It exhibits properties similar to physical currencies such as dollars or coins, however what makes it distinct is that it allows for instantaneous transactions and borderless transfer-of-ownership.

UCOIN CASH is a SCAM on every front.
========================
1) People have their money locked on this site since the UCOIN CASH ICO last year.
2) To get your pre ICO funds released you have to agree to their ransom demands and take out a loan in UCOIN CASH.
3) Then UCOIN will very kindly let you have YOUR OWN money back but with all sorts of stipulations and rules angled to UCOIN's advantage.
4) The loan that you have been forced into at gunpoint just so happens to have without a doubt the meanest, lowest, miserly interest rates in the entire lending platform space.
5) To add insult to injury they then proceed to charge the highest fees possible to withdraw what's left of your money.
6) There is nobody to complain to or seek help from as it costs UCOIN money to have customer support and UCOIN would not spend a single solitary cent on something as ridiculous as customer service.

UCOIN are blood sucking vermin! They are theives and liars of the highest order. What really astonishes me is that this site is full of Neanderthals who make excuses for UCOIN and their banditry.
There is no excuse for the criminal way UCOIN operates and treats it's customers. UCOIN CASH make Adolf Hitler and Atilla the Hun look like Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny!

Dude. You're new here. Get used to it. Wait until the ICO is over. They must gain capitalization, then calculate all. For several months waiting.

After 3 failed attempts to get in on the ICO,  I tried to withdraw my BTC that I deposited.   And guess what???   No luck..  Its been pending for 3 days with no TX ID.
Looks like they're keeping it.
Good luck to you guys.

It looks like I've been robbed. :-(
I am not sure the company seeks to scam you or anyone. From what you have explained it is an obvious strategy of ICOs. They don't allow you withdraw your bitcoin from their site in frustration until after the ICO. Almost all the ICO I had participated in were like that but I got my Bitcoin back where I failed to buy in. Just wait a like, dude.

As you will have seen in my video review it looks like they have already built an internal exchange which does look decent. Again we can’t actually use it until the platform goes live after the ICO but it is more than most of these lending platforms show us. An internal exchange is ok but in reality the only way that a coin can really explode in growth which is what we look for in high risk programs like this is if they get on an external crytpocurrency exchange and again they can’t even apply for that until after the ICO and they officially launch.

99% of these lending programs that we see everywhere now are scams so why would ucoincash be any different is the big question. They have put alot of work and thought into their website but does that make ucoincash legit? My honest answer is I don’t know yet and unfortunately we wont know until it is too late and they have either launched and the price has skyrocketed or they have run off with everyone’s money.

I curious about you have sent the amount to the Ucoin address but how are you trying to withdraw your money again? it seems your balance already delivered to the scammer's address and you can't do anything.
Can you give me your Txid? I just curious about that.

I don't think it's a Scam. Contact the developers they should help you!
of course op would not be so stupid to make thread here before contacting developer of the coin, op already stuck with the coin developer so he made this thread

First rule to invest at any ICO is to check the team and if the project is trusteable. But just relax, try reading all the terms of ICO, because maybe there should be happened a mistake of yours. Some ICO do not have refund policy. They let that clear in the whitepaper or in the ICO terms "no refunds policy". If that is your case, they aren't scammers. But if they don't, I'll support your accusation.

If you have a little research about ICO platform similar to Ucoincash, which kind of MLM program. They not usually introduce their team at the beginning time or even the hole time. But there are some ICO has succeeded without showing their workers (such as BCC, REC, HXT,...).
But in my opinion, Ucoincash also very risk for investors so maybe need more research about it before you want to join in!They are offering 31 million coins total from what I've read. Who are the owners-they are hidden on Whois.com. Where is there actual location? Who is their development team-anyone know?
So lots of people are jumping on this, anyone have any real info on this ICO, or is it just warm fuzzy's to see what they're hoping to do?
I don't see any merchants yet or network to do anything with their coin, once they finally get it out there.
And the website has a lot of different problems, the inability to register, enter your office or put / withdraw money.

Sorry, but I LOLed. Grin
Clearly you didn't read their whitepaper, if you did you would have realize that they have no team/developers.

Also I redirect you to some TOP scam/ponzi ICO to invest in.
BTW Ucoin cash is one of them.

during an ICO it is really difficult that the site allows you to withdraw. I would still wait a few days before saying that this ICO is a scam.

Careful in alt coins. They are the ones mostly responsible for scamming. Try to trade and hold your coins in ethereum as much as possible.
