And if I have contacted their policy department then the same thing would happen as stated in my op.
My last attempt to get a clear answer for my question from them was,
"I know it was my mistake and I know I lost my account and I don't have anything else to say regarding that...
But what I want to know now is what if I create a new account and purchase the course again from the same IP, the course which I was doing...
Do my new account will also get banned"
Their answer was only "policy department can answer and I'm creating a new support ticket"
Later support ticket goes missing... Same issue every time.
What I have learned about their support system is, they really don't want to talk or want to solve the issue of those users who abused their system. They just ignore!
The mistake I have made was total abuse.
