I did not know that they have this kind of support, they are a huge online courses company to have this kind of support, maybe you can try on their other social media account, a site as big as this should not have a support like this, even big issues like yours should be handled in a timely manner.
I'm sure if I have contacted through their social accounts they'd asked me to contact their policy department.
And if I have contacted their policy department then the same thing would happen as stated in my op.

My last attempt to get a clear answer for my question from them was,
     "I know it was my mistake and I know I lost my account and I don't have anything else to say regarding that...
      But what I want to know now is what if I create a new account and purchase the course again from the same IP, the course which I was doing...
      Do my new account will also get banned"

Their answer was only "policy department can answer and I'm creating a new support ticket"

Later support ticket goes missing... Same issue every time.


What I have learned about their support system is, they really don't want to talk or want to solve the issue of those users who abused their system. They just ignore!

The mistake I have made was total abuse.

Recently I got an issue with my account and I admit that it was my fault for the reason my account got banned.
I acted like a fool when I know what it is I was asking - I don't know really why I did that and don't have an explanation. Maybe that day GHOST captured my brain and controlling me.  Roll Eyes

I appreciate with my account ban decision from Udemy. I do deserve that!

But I'm disappointed at the end because I lost my account along with courses and all the progress, certificates. It was an old account of mine.  Sad


Now to their weird support system,
I have talked several times with their live chat support with my problem. But the live chat support representatives really don't have anything to do and they always said my issue belongs to their policy department.

They said they will create a support ticket and will follow up but every time the support tickets went missing from my support activity panel.
Later when I complained about it they gave an email id of their policy department to contact, I've contacted and they responded but I really didn't understand what they said.

Later I have again contacted live chat support with another probable issue, the above procedure repeated again... The weird thing is, every time my support tickets gets missing from my account without a solution.

They create a support ticket - I wait for a response - support ticket missing - there's actually no solution
