I would not call that victory landslide since it took additional time to determine the winner. In the pair Inter - Atlético Inter is the favorite, as can be seen from the quotes:

You are right. I forgot about Atletico Madrid who also beat Real Madrid this season. And yes, this can indeed provide a big picture that Atletico Madrid cannot be underestimated. But I remain confident in the performance of Inter Milan, who are still the best team in Serie A this season. Napoli can match into the perfect shoes of the UCL round of 16. They have everything it takes to fight with elite teams but with their inconsistent form, things gradually breaking down for them. Yep Barcelona isn't a heavy favorite, but they're a favorite. The upcoming match will happen in Napoli's home, but the odds are equal for both of them, so people are believe Barcelona is able to beat Napoli in their homes.

Yes, I agree with you, for the four teams you mentioned above it will be very difficult who will qualify for the next round. Barcelona seems to be picking up form as the season progresses. Their biggest problem now is Injuries. So many of their players are out injured. Napoli too seem to be getting better even though they still struggle. I think Barcelona is the favorite for this tie but they have a very little advantage over Napoli.

The more difficult tie is Inter vs Atletico Madrid. Inter Milan is in very good form while Atletico is a very stubborn club that never likes to be beaten by a fellow big team. They love a challenge. They might lose easily to a mid-table team in the league but when it gets to Madrid and Barcelona, they are ready to play their lives out on the pitch to get the win.
I feel like that's how they'll be against Inter in both legs. I honestly do not know who to favor in this tie.

I don't think I agree here as the Napoli team from this season is not the Napoli team from last season. Last season it was true that they had everything it takes to win the Champions League trophy, but frankly speaking, this season things have changed a lot and they are far from their best shape. So it begs the question whether they still have what it takes to win this prestigious competition. In my estimation they won't make it beyond the quarterfinals. They are still a good team, but being good is hardly sufficient to compete with the heavy weights in Europe. Whatever it is that puts Napoli into a worse position this season, if they can't get rid of their gameplay problems they won't stand a chance to reach the semis or even the final.

But still one thing is surely UEFA has never been easy competition, and we have few more teams which can give surprise to anyone like Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and Arsenal even mostly are feeling above to hot favourite, but these are also really teams to watch in this season their performance is allowing them good edge for giving surprise, and it's all possible.
