At the beginning of the season, Manchester City was on fire but something happen to them along the line, they suffered huge loss when most of their key players sustained injuries, we're not talking about just injuries but long term injuries that have repercussions on the performance of the team. For instance, the absence of Kelvin De Bruyne and Erling Haaland really brought in challenges in the team, most of the players couldn't work to the high expectations of the coach and the supporters framed their disappointment in the results recorded. But they're back on track, thrashing their opponents with ease efforts.

I praised you when you said that it would be easy for Manchester City to defend the title, that was quite a bold statement for me, because in the Champions League I don't think it is easy to defend the title. with fierce competition filled by the best clubs in Europe, it will be difficult for anyone to defend the title.
However, I agree that Manchester City has a strong foundation, Pep Guardioala has succeeded in forming it since he first came to Manchester City. With that foundation, at least the opportunity for them to defend their title is quite open.
