My money's on Bones. Although considering the long lay off, Cormier may just have a chance. Talent-wise though I think jon jones still would end up winning this. 
I don't think Bones has more talent than Cormier... both are really super talented. I think people underestimate Cormier, probably because he is too short for Bones or in general, since most people are past 6'3'' in the heavyweight UFC. I think if Jones was as short as Cormier, he would have never had that record. Jones long arms and legs give him a tremendous advantage. Im not saying he is not talented, but not necesarly more than Cormier.
Of course, Jones will remain favorite in all fights, he will always have the most odds to win and people will keep betting on him for years to come.
