Template cheap website, fake partnerships, no whitepaper, no team.. no need to dig more IT IS A SCAM and a bad one.
Totally they want to solve a lot of things but they do not know to properly promote and announce their project, not giving attention to something very important, I'm sure they are going to fix and comeback later, and will do the right thing.
