@Hydrogen. I rewatched Max Holloway versus Jose Aldo 1, and I have to say that Jose has a good chance to win the rematch as he was doing okay in the first 2 rounds. He was not dominated.

But unfortunately Jose got tired by the 3rd round. I reckon it is something that Jose's training camp have fixed.

That's 3 MMA cards in 2 days.

December 2017 will host 5 UFC events and 3 Bellator events.

It should be a good time for gamblers. Although, looking at match ups on the first three big MMA cards of the month, I don't see many easy picks. Matchmakers are progressing at pairing match ups which are deceptive. They're getting better at using their insider information to stage big upsets. There are a lot of fighters who haven't been active in 1-2 years who come back and look completely different than they did before which makes it tough to cap a lot of picks. UFC 218 might be good, other than that the other two cards could be tough to call.

Here are the event's results.  I didn't watch it except for some bootleg highlights on YT.  I guess Bisping is happy to get another check from the UFC before he retires.  Lol.
It is hard to see Bisping sleeping in the ring twice now,GSP chocked him out and now Gastelum knocked him unconscious and he is still not planning to retire as he still wants to fight again, which is good for pay checks but with the fights he had in his career and taking into consideration his age he should retire but i hope he is planning to retire in an event in England in front of his home fans.

Michael Bisping is insane. To fight just 21 days after being chocked by GSP is just nuts. No wonder he got KO'd again. Been saying it for a while: he should retire, but he loves to fight, so he isn't doing it for the money. Remember that he has a secured job as a broadcaster in one of the biggest TV networks in the work (Fox Sports) so im pretty sure that he is well off financially. He just hates to retire with a loss, so he must want to win a couple times before he retires, similar to Mirko Crocop and other fighters that went the same route.

Yup.  And he can't see with his right eye ffs.  Watch how Gastelum caught him with that left.  I think that's def in his 'blind spot', or whatever you call it.  He's fighting blind out there.  The UFC should force him to retire imo.
I think after Bisping accepted the match with Gastelum at FN 122, Bisping made an announcement that it will be his final match or retirement match I read it somewhere but after his knockout loss, he shared that he has plans to retire on his Homeland which is in London at UFC 127. This guy have good mic skills and his fighting style can still be improved but, in this kind of sport like MMA and Boxing, your number one enemy is your age. Bisping is already 38 and there new fighters out there younger and hungry in winning a fight.

Rolando Dy is in the news. He says the UFC cut him from the roster after his 2nd loss. He gave up on fighting & thought his career was over. Then 3 weeks before this shanghai event, the UFC called Rolando Dy asking him to step in for an injured Pinghyuan Yu. Dy cut 30 pounds in 3 weeks to make weight. I hope the UFC keeps Dy around, I think he's talented and he can fight.

Bisping got KO'ed but I think he has made some improvements in his game. A lot of people might not like Bisping but I like the way he worked hard and never complained. It took Michael Bisping 10 years fighting in the UFC before he got his title shot. A lot of UFC fighters appear to want to quit if they don't get a title shot in only 1-2 years.

I kind of blame MMA Lab or the poor performance of Alex Caceres and a lot of the people who train at the lab. Wish I had placed a bet on Alex Garcia. A lot of people might think Muslim Salikhov is a great wrestler due to him being from dagestan and there being a massive amount of top level wrestlers from dagestan fighting in the UFC. Looking at Saklihov's competitive background, he doesn't have much wrestling experience and Garcia was able to capitalize on it.

I don't think the Bisping will retire, not yet, maybe if we can see him lost another fight in KO fashion then he should retire. I agree its a quick pay check again after 21 days but I'm not expecting him to be KO by Gastelum. I like the idea of him fighting in England if ever he has plans to retire. But I don't think he will. He is too proud of himself and this KO will just fuel his attitude to fight again. But let's see, age is also he needs to consider if he still has it inside of him to go inside the Octagon.

Lol.  I wish I could be as brave as you, notserp.  I just can't see Bisping winning this one.  A KO win by Gastelum on the first or second round is most likely imo.  But we'll see.  I've seen you make funky bets and won in the past.

Here are the weigh ins in case you guys wanna watch it.  I honestly didn't.  Lol.

Other

- On November 10, it was announced that Anderson Silva had failed an out of competition drug test stemming from a sample collected on October 26 and as a result had been pulled from the card. A day later, former middleweight champion and The Ultimate Fighter 3 light heavyweight winner Michael Bisping was secured as a replacement opponent for Gastelum. Bisping had fought 21 days prior to this event at UFC 217, where he lost the championship to former two-time UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St-Pierre. Bisping was serving a medical suspension issued by NYSAC, but as China isn't under the purview of the Association of Boxing Commissions, he was allowed to fight.

- On November 18, it was announced that James Mulheron had failed an out-of-competition drug test stemming from sampled collected on November 10 and as a result he was pulled from the card. Cyril Asker remains on the card and will face promotional newcomer Yaozong Hu on five days notice.

- A pair of promotional newcomers, Liu Pingyuan and Bharat Khandare were expected to face each other at the event. However, Pingyuan pulled out in November and was replaced by fellow newcomer Yadong Song on six days notice.
