My prediction of who will win this UFC FN fight 125  between machida vs anders,i thinks  Anders will overcome machida in terms skills, speed, age, stances because  in my perception anders is so hungry to become undisputed in his division,we already know thats machida also is best in its  karate and experience in octagon, but he is to old now compare to the young Anders who have a great experience in  ufc  fight.
What the fuck are you talking about? The fight is already done and Machida already won.

You should read before replying mate. You are one example why this forum has turned into a garbage right now. I'm happy to report you to moderator and get your account nuke for lack of reading comprehension.
He just got up from a deep trance and was predicting things like a fortune teller. Cheesy
It was a close fight but i did not see any hunger as you mentioned from Anders, the division has a lot of good world class fighters and with the way he fought against Machida ,we wont stand a chance against the top ten in the division, this may be his first loss but he need to improve a lot to get to become the undisputed in the division, which have some killers.

Where does that fight bring Valentina Shevchcenko in the flyweight rankings? Is she next to challenge for the championship or does she need to fight another contender?
With the kind of performance she had,Valentina should be given a immediate title shot because the title holder is TUF champion and i am sure Valentina is well above the champion when it comes to fighting experience and all around skills ,poor crack head, she ate a lot of shots and i am sure Mario Yamasaki made a huge bet for the fight to go to the third round,if not he should have stopped the fight earlier,230 to 3 punches. Shocked

^ Well...  This time around he didn't stop the fight early, now some people are saying that he should be charged for murder.  Lololol.

Anyway I haven't watched any replays of this event.  Was it any good?  I heard the Machida one was boring.

Here are the results of the event.  I didn't watch it live (but will watch the replay if I'm in the mood.  Lol) but it seems Dana White is angry at an 'incompetent' Mario Namasaki.  The Shev vs Crack Head fight turned too bloody due to late stoppage from the ref.

And here's Dana White's rant:  https://www.instagram.com/p/Bew4_FBHJJ2/?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=embed_ufi_control
This is not the first time that UFCs Dana White called on the attention of Mario Yamasaki for bad officiating. Fight Night 112 that was held last June 25 2017, the fight between Kevin Lee and Michael Chiesa was controversial as well as Michael Chiesa claims that he did not tap out on Kevin Lee's rear naked choke, but Mario Yamasaki stopped the fight.

@eaLiTy. I am more surprised that it was not a unanimous decision for Lyoto Machida. He won the 5 rounds I reckon.

I just knew Shev would of won her fight no problem. And the memes about it were just merciless as were her during that bloody mess she put on the crack head. Grin Some were saying it was as if you were watching a bear mauling a kitten. Brutal fight and it went on 10 minutes too long in which the referee should of stopped the fight due to her going to leave the ring possibly dead or with brain damage, even more so. Undecided
Lyoto Machida was an upset and if I put him on my ticket I would of won. Ah well you have atleast one underdog winning on a main event card every UFC.
There are never any perfect events where all top card favorites win, maybe in a perfect world. Smiley

It was not a great card, but Valentina Shevchenko was a sure shot in this card but the odds were not great,i am really surprised to see Lyoto Machida winning the fight, yes it was a close fight, but he attacked more with leg kicks which was lacking in his earlier performances and he called out Michael Bisping for a retirement fight, which i think is an exciting fight to end both careers. Dana White really does not like Mario Namasaki and he could have called off the fight earlier,as it was a one handed beating .

Whoa really?  Cachoeira was a crackhead?  Damn...  I love Shev but I think I'm gonna go with the crackhead now.  Lol.  Imagine being in the event and yelling "GO CRACKHEAD!" amongst other crackheads.  Aaaahhh, my kind of people.  Kidding.  Grin

Shev got this.  I think that's the only bout I'm looking forward to.

Edit:  And I just noticed that this is the Women's Fly Weight match for Shev.  She's gonna rule that division imo.
That was funny I must admit.
I was thinking, wtf! Sad
Shevchenko is gonna mop the floor with this former druggie.
I have seen her fight before and she is a ruthless fighter.
Even more so than Rhonda Rousey.
And guess what? She said she will be going into the WWE sometime later this year. Embarrassed
Go figure! I guess she needs the money now. Undecided

I'm not sure if i'm agreeing with vets coming back in the octagon though. Lyoto was a beast during his prime, no questions about that but age catches up with your body and he may probably go down the road that a lot of legends took when they came back. Hopefully, even if he wins, he hangs up his gloves

Here are the weigh ins guys.  Enjoy.  Shev pretty much looks the same after losing 10 pounds or so.  It doesn't look like that much of a weight cut for her, not like how Herrig looks when she cuts weight at Women's Straw Weight.

@Baofeng. My bet is on Lyoto Machida. I know he has not shown any good performances after strict USADA tests were urged, but I reckon he might counter Eryk Ander's natural wild propensity in this fight and get a win by knockout.

Also excited in Valentina's fight. She is a very sexy fighter hehehe.

Well Lyoto career is on the downward spin. And I agree with @Hydrogen. He maybe past his prime.  His best days are over so to speak. Plus age is catching up with the "Dragon". While Anders enjoys a 2 win fight streak and youth is on his side. With that said, I'm siding with Anders here. If Lyoto loses again, I think its time to call it a day for him. The middleweight landscape has change a lot since he last become a champion on that division. Its gonna be tough for him to compete at the level we are seeing today.

The weight division is tailor made for Valentina Shevchenko and i am sure she is the future champion in this division as she is super talented and hopefully we could see the rivalry between Joanna Jędrzejczyk as Valentina defeated Joanna in all of their fights in Muay Thai.
It is another bad match up for Lyoto and i am going for Anders to win,i like Prazeres, the rest of the fight i give a pass.

Notes.

-Lyoto has been on a losing skid stemming from around the time he tested positive for steroids.

-Pedro Munhoz has 7 career wins via guillotine choke. Sub prop may be a good option if you think he can submit John Dodson.

-Maia Stevenson is Joe Stenveon's wife. Some may remember Joe "Big Daddy" Stevenson from the early Ultimate Fighter days. Joe Stevenson also runs a "Cobra Kai" dojo which is kind of cool.

-Priscila Cachoeira spent 3 years being a crackhead. She overcame drug abuse to fight in the UFC. Its an inspiring story. A lot of UFC fighters seem to have histories of substance abuse. Matt "Immortal" Brown might have gotten his nickname "Immortal" after surviving a heroin overdose. Court McGee used to be addicted to meth. Etc.
