Hmm, maybe 1 coin & ill code the front-end interactivity too, utilizing backboneJS or angularJS.
Usually my rate is around 70-100/hour when I contract for studios. But I know not everyone has agency sized wallets, and your project looks pretty straightforward.

While I don't have experience in that specific area, it looks straight forward enough.
I just did a little research into it and its no different to designing any other UI, so I'm sure I could put something nice together.

I like your work, will you be able to customise wordpress themes? Basically, it's the CS.
