Selling a guide on how to abuse a signup bonus for a particular bookmaker. This doesn't involve any forged documents and can be done under your own name. This does require you to be a UK citizen and over the age of 18. This doesn't involve any fraud, the only questionable thing is creating multiple accounts with the signup bonus which breaks their TOS.
You can make 10 accounts per day, but I would limit yourself to less to avoid suspicion. There is no bonus rollover so you can withdraw any winnings straight away (not counting 3rd party processing times).
