New paypals come with the 21 day hold
Its standard paypal procedure
Usually after a paypal is 3 months old and / or has good sales history, the 21 days hold will no longer be there so instant payments
HOWEVER, please be aware the 21 days hold can come back at anytime, even on accounts years and years old

This is a duplicate vouch from another post OP has but its valid for this as its exactly what i received
OK so OP sent me the account with no problem . Sometimes you get OP's moaning or groaning or demanding a quick review . Nothing like this from this guy .
I originally asked for the Paypal account but found out about the ebay account too and was given both no problem .
I wont go into detail about how the OP has this set up BUT what I will say is it is BRILLIANT !
Ive personally made up accounts and gotten them from other people and most are suspended DESPITE be using different computers and IP's etc etc .
The way the OP has set this up means its really easy to use and LESS chance of being banned . Ive listed a couple of items already and will see how I get on .
For what I received I think its an excellent package he is selling and you will not be disappointed .
Recommended seller and helpful nice guy .
