Raping alone is evil, what more with juvenile rape? Death penalty should really be vested into such extreme cases like this, just like what most Middle Eastern countries do to immigrants/tourists that disobeyed the law. We cannot give these sexual predators any second chances; they will just use the tax payers' money while in jail.
These sick animals need to be put in jail for the rest of their lives, but before that you need to cut off their genitals. If this continues to spread, then the transmission of sexual diseases and the increase in mortality among adolescents.
With these sick animals, the question is clear, and what to do with the other? They all are. For them European values mean nothing. All of them need to be deported without the right to enter the territory of the EU. Let at home rape each other. 
This is really a pathetic situation that is the hands of the British Police and needs to be very careful in handling because of the way its going to be polarized along religious lines but the issue is most of this is heartless behavior and I would also want the people involved be brought to justice to face the music of their useless actions not against the girl but serving as a threat to the existence of the society. But in their own individual capacity as citizens or migrants and not because of their religion or the country they come from.

West Yorkshire Police are reportedly investigating 179 new sex crimes involving 165 suspects in the small mill town, described as the nation’s ‘capital’ of child grooming.

The police in Birmingham are on the hunt for two ‘Asian’ men after a teen girl was brutally raped at a train station, and sexually abused again by another Asian man she asked for help after the incident.
The 15-year-old girl, who has not been identified, was with her friend at Witton railway station near Aston Villa when a man approached her and led her away. The man, described as being in his early twenties, “Asian” in appearance and slim build and around six foot tall, took the girl to a secluded area where he proceeded to rape her the Birmingham Mail reports.

After the attack had ended the teen tried to wave down a passing vehicle and after getting in the car she says she was raped again by another man in his 20s who was also of “Asian” appearance. The second attacker was also said to have been a stockier build, had a short beard was around 5ft6 and wore black jeans and a blue jumper.
Detectives from the Birmingham Transport Police and West Midlands police are both investigating the case. British Transport Police Detective Chief Inspector Tony Fitzpatrick commented on the case saying, “This was a horrifying ordeal for this young girl and we have specially trained officers supporting her.”
