Hiya Smiley I recommend trading physical goods for Bitcoin ( even selling off junk you don't want ) or mining it, especially if you're in the UK, converting fiat to Bitcoin directly is going to be more and more of a pain in the arse now the government is starting to clamp down on Bitcoin exchanges who don't play by their rules.

You can also find direct sellers here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0

But you need some posts / to be trusted, and probably also to use escrow.
Would not be instant.

Welcome.

What's the point of paying with btc?
Besides the anonymous part, at the end of day, it will be more expensive to buy btc and pay with it.

Hey guys

Newbie here new to bitcoin (and the others) in general. From what ive seen ive been impressed it appears people actually trade like a stock market. I registered yesterday in a rush to get some bitcoins to pay for a particular item and actually managed to get an exchange done PP to LTC at what i believe to be a good rate. used the btc-e website to exchange to BTC. Wanted to pay for my item then realised I cannot withdraw until 3 days.   Sad now i need to figure out a way around this. also wondered although i cant withdraw can i create a BTC-e code?
