Most UK banks I've seen are like this, their internet login systems are worse and should give you an idea of why I was so desperate to find something like Bitcoin Tongue

Their website design is killing my eyes. With so much money, why can't they afford a proper design?

Probably not, I suspect they're doing it to try and 'boost' spending so they'll list somewhere in your terms of service that it can only be spent in their accounts.

Are you allowed to switch back to your old bank after you get the money? Roll Eyes

That's desperation lol I wouldn't be surprised if all of them started doing that, I can guarantee you that money they're offering is probably printed too, either that or they're taking the money out of other peoples' savings accounts to pay for it Tongue

Haha yeah, I have two accounts and it was just sitting around for years so I just transferred it and got a free 100 and put it right into my main account.

Thanks for the free 100 Halifax haha.

Hey guys,

Thought I would share this with you, if you're from the UK and you have a spare bank account you can easily earn £100 free by switching your bank to Halifax and after about a week and it's all set up they credit your account with a free £100.

You have to already have a bank account to switch, you can't just open a account and get a free £100.

http://www.halifax.co.uk/bankaccounts/switch-to-halifax/

It's all free just need to open a current account and transfer your account over to them.

You can do it all online, and they just send your card in the post and your details.
